We didn’t have a lot of time in Cartagena, but we are so glad we had as much time as we did in Getsemani. Getsemani is a vibrant, up-and-coming neighborhood, making it an excellent base for your visit to Cartagena with kids. It’s just an easy 5-minute walk through the colorful market stalls of Parque Centenario to the world-famous Cartagena Old Town.
There are so many things to do in Glasgow with kids that we had trouble deciding. Family-friendly Glasgow tourist attractions include beautiful parks, lively buskers performing on vibrant pedestrian-only streets, many fun kid-friendly museums and great outdoor activities.
Edinburgh is a family-friendly destination with a diverse selection of things to do. It’s our kinda town; it’s beautiful, has great culture and fun outdoor activities.
Belfast with kids? That’s a good question… To be honest, we didn’t know much about Belfast prior to visiting, but it turned out to be a pretty fun place to take the kids. There are lots of kid-friendly attractions including a giant kissable fish, the modern Titanic Belfast museum, Game of Thrones filming locations and much more.
With many great parks, attractions and restaurants, there are plenty of reasons to visit Cork with kids. There are tons of family-friendly things to do in Cork, Ireland’s second largest city.
Prague is a wonderful place to travel with your family. Not only does it have amazing history, it also has plenty of green space and a beautiful, tranquil river winding through the historic town center. If you are like us, we like to balance out our Prague sightseeing with a little outdoor exercise and play time with the kids.
When we travel with our kids, we love to explore the great cities of Europe on foot. It is a wonderful way to experience all that makes a city great. By walking you can smell the food, hear the locals chatting in a sidewalk café, enjoy the architecture and the beautiful green spaces.
